To look steadily and intently, especially in admiration, surprise, or thought.

A gaze can hold emotion without words. In this session, the poses will center on the expressive power of the eyes. We’ll focus on capturing fleeting moments of attention, translating the emotions within a gaze into lines on paper. Posing for us is Dalen, an experienced art model who is also active in various performing arts.

Whether you’re new to life drawing or a seasoned professional, whether you prefer representative or abstract, we welcome all levels, styles, and expressions.
